What’s my background?
I am a Chartered Psychologist with 15 years of learning and career development experience. I have had some brilliant experiences working in both L&D and occupational psychology consultancy roles. Within these roles I worked on a wide variety of projects from inductions, training evaluations and an evaluation of a coaching programme to conducting systematic literature reviews and researching the relationship between leadership and proactive behaviour.
Most recently I had the pleasure of working at Sheffield University Management School managing their careers and employability service. Over the course of 9 years I had the amazing opportunity to set up the service from scratch, opening the University’s first Employability Hub and developing the Futures First careers offer for students.
What I do at Gradconsult?
I am Project Manager at Gradconsult, tasked with managing the consultancy’s large and complex projects. Primarily I have been working on the wonderful RISE scheme. My role involves stakeholder and relationship management, reporting, managing the project/the project team and generally overseeing and getting involved in the delivery of the scheme! Whilst relatively new to the RISE project I have had the joy of delivering assessment centres, conducting candidate coaching and getting stuck into the facts and figures of reporting on the project! But most enjoyable has been connecting with employers/candidates and working with such a super talented and lovely team!!
