Our work with employers

Firstly, we are often asked what we do at Gradconsult - so we made a quick video to introduce our services (specifically with businesses and employers)!

Our team has a wide range of expertise and experience in the people, culture, talent, leadership development and future talent space. We work with employers of all sizes and across all sectors, our ethos however, remains the same. But don’t just take it from us….

‘I love how Gradconsult aligns with the organization. They spend a lot of time when developing their work to make sure it has the feel and flow of the organization. This tells me that they have done an extensive amount of research to make sure they understand the company they are working with from values all the way through their vision and where the company wants to go in the future. They really capture the Voice.’

‘Gradconsult are able to provide excellent insight and a broader perspective that I really value.  The result is that I always have a more well rounded and tailored approach than if we had designed something in isolation.'
