Through a half-day session attended by the Kuehne and Nagel early careers team, Gradconsult provided the following to the team:
Market overview, looking at data and surveys to identify reruitment trends and challenges across industries
Facilitated discussion around the current position, to establish what works well, what doesn't and why.
Focus on the future, reflecting on the industry trends and the current state of play at Kuehne and Nagel to identify a series of priorities and actions to set the team on the journey to make the improvements they decided on during the session.
