What’s my background?

I originally trained as a primary school teacher before making the move into Human Resources. Over the last 9 years, I have worked in both public sector and professional service companies within their HR Operations and recruitment teams.

I have managed all aspects of the recruitment cycle including candidate attraction, screening and onboarding. I have led on national graduate recruitment campaigns as well as technical and senior recruitment.

What do I do at Gradconsult?

I joined Gradconsult in November 2020 as a Project Manager. In my role, I am primarily responsible for the overall delivery and management of the RISE project, a business support initiative designed to connect talented graduates to SMEs in the Sheffield City Region.

Alongside this, I work on the delivery of recruitment programmes with employer clients. This tends to include candidate attraction and screening, including virtual assessment centres. I also provide advice to university clients who are looking to deliver schemes similar to RISE.
