Our portfolio of work in this space is varied but tends to focus on; early careers strategy, programme design, university/education partnerships, employer brand, recruitment, development and retention. We don’t have set products or services to ‘sell’ to employers, rather we design board content or workshops, facilitate focus groups/consultation processes, deliver coaching, conduct research, develop strategy or design and manage complex longitudinal programmes – all curated to suit the strategic objectives, culture and budgets of our clients.
