Peers in Careers Ideas Factory
A programme to foster creativity, innovation, and building of connections between careers professionals working in the peer-to-peer space.
The Ideas Factory provides a space for colleagues to share ideas, best practice, and to be inspired by new thinking from outside the careers world. Additionally, the programme enables colleagues to co-create, helping to truly unlock the potential of this developing area of practice.
As part of this programme, participants get the opportunity to enjoy an in-person event, hosted at an established service, to visit a physical space and meet a student team. This gives a unique chance to see a service come to life, enabling further inspiration. Participants also have the opportunity to network with other participants and the Gradconsult team, cementing connections made online.
At the start of the programme, participants are allocated into small curiosity groups and encouraged to meet between sessions to discuss the last session, reflect and co-create new ideas.
