Our focus is on designing tailored employability modules, professional skills programmes and experiential learning days that resonate with the unique challenges faced by students and graduates as they transition from education into the world of work.

Whether you need a short online session tackling a specific skills gap or a full employability module, we use labour market insight and knowledge direct from our work with employers, to ensure your students and graduates are well prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

We have developed three fully interactive, experiential days which we can deliver on your campus; Be The Recruiter, Sustainability Challenge and Innovation Funnel Hackathon.

  • STP: Students and Early Career Professionals

    The transition from student to professional requires a significant shift in mindset and behaviours. Our Student To Professional (STP) psychometric, workshop and webinar are development tools for students that are designed to aid self-awareness and support their transition from student to professional.
